- Check in after 4:00 PM
- Check out before 11:00 am
- Peak season: June 17th to Sept. 17
- Off Season: Sept. 18 to June 16th
- Excluding Holidays
- 4 night minimum peak-season
- 2 night minimum off-season
- $25 cancellation fee in all cases
- No Refund if canceled less than 30 days in advance.
- Must be 25 years old to reserve home
